Transportation Agreement
Every passenger must review and electronically accept the SchoolNStreet Transportation Agreement before transportation can be approved.
Our attorney is currently finalizing this agreement to ensure the highest level of safety and protection for both passengers and SchoolNStreet.
The Transportation Agreement will automatically be presented during the Ride Request process before a reservation is approved.
Reservation Policies
- Purchasing a Ride Pass does not automatically reserve transportation.
- Every ride requires an approved Ride Request.
- Pickup times are confirmed before every ride.
- Ride requests may be approved, modified, rescheduled, or declined based on availability.
- Customers may request pickup changes by text message. Changes are not guaranteed until approved.
- Ride Passes remain valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
- Transportation is available Thursday and Saturday nights only.
